The BNX51/65MSY CNC Fixed Head is a compact, high-performance lathe designed for precise and powerful machining. It combines a single turret, two spindles, Y-axis control, and superimposition machining for advanced capability.
The sub spindle includes an X-axis, enabling overlap machining. This allows simultaneous front and back operations, reducing cycle times and increasing output.
Both spindles use chucks of equal diameter. This supports a wider range of part sizes. A high-torque motor powers the front spindle, making it ideal for tough materials and heavy-duty work.
To improve chip control, the BNX-51/65MSY CNC Fixed Head features LFV Technology. This breaks swarf into smaller pieces and ensures smooth chip removal.
The turret holds up to 12 live tools. Each can reach 6,000 rpm with 25 Nm of torque. This setup enables complex mill-turn operations in a single cycle.
A 15-inch touchscreen and Mitsubishi M800LC-V control simplify programming and improve energy efficiency. Optional features like the in-machine unloader and automatic shutter support automation and reduce manual handling.
