Cincom D25 CNC Sliding Head – High-Speed, Complex Machining with LFV Technology

The Cincom D25 CNC Sliding Head combines innovation, speed and flexibility, making it ideal for complex, high-volume part production.

Equipped with LFV technology, the D25-VII/VIII improves chip control, enhances surface finish, and extends tool life, especially when machining difficult materials.

The machine features double gang tool posts and a programmable B axis on Type VIII models, supporting full 5-axis simultaneous control. This advanced layout enables shorter cycle times, lower part costs, and greater productivity across a wide range of workpieces.

Two spindles and four tool posts, the D25 supports balanced turning and simultaneous operations for both front and back machining. Tool Post 2 features a Z2 axis, enabling flexible drilling and turning options, while Tool Post 1 handles OD machining.

You can mount up to 59 tools, including 28 for back machining, giving you a wide range of process configurations. Switching between guide bush and guide bushless modes as standard, increasing material efficiency for both short and long parts.

An optional upgrade expands the spindle capacity to 32 mm, allowing greater versatility for larger diameter bar machining.
