Fixed Head

Miyano BNE51MSY CNC Fixed Head – 3-Tool Simultaneous Machining with ø51mm Capability

The BNE51MSY CNC Fixed Head extends the proven strength of the BNE series with advanced motion and control.

Renowned for rigidity and cutting accuracy, the machine now adds the X3 axis on the back spindle (SP2).

This enables synchronized and superimposed control for true 3-tool simultaneous machining.

The result is faster cycle times, improved part complexity, and efficient multi-process machining.

SP2 machining diameter increases to ø51 mm, expanding the range of compatible workpieces.

The Mitsubishi M720VS control includes support screens that assist programming and simplify machine operation.

Clearly organized information for faster setup and operator convenience.

With heavy-duty performance, advanced motion control, and intuitive operation, the BNE-51MSY CNC Fixed Head delivers high-output precision machining.
