The BNJ51SY CNC Fixed Head is a completely revamped version of one of Miyano’s best-selling twin-turret lathes.
Designed for stable, high-performance machining, this model delivers improved rigidity and thermal accuracy. Its reengineered casting structure increases tool life and cutting precision. The machine supports simultaneous 4-axis machining for fast, efficient production.
LFV Technology is now supported on both front and back machining axes. LFV breaks chips during cutting, preventing swarf build-up and reducing downtime.
This extends unmanned operation by keeping the tank and chip areas cleaner for longer. LFV is available on X1/Z1 axes (front) and X2/Z2 axes (rear) for full production flexibility.
The second turret shares tools with turret one, increasing the rotary tool capacity to 8 stations. Revolving tool torque has also been boosted to 25 Nm, handling tougher materials with ease.
