MACH Japan trip giveaway Terms & Conditions

Trip to Japan will take place between 25th to 31st October 2026, and will include a visit to both Citizen Machinery factories, and also the JIMTOF exhibition at the Big Sight, Tokyo.

Trip elements included:

Economy flight (London to Tokyo)
Visit to JIMTOF exhibition, including exhibition pass
Visit to Miyota and Kitakami Citizen Machinery factories
Transport to facilitate the above visits
Hotel accommodation
Invitation to Citizen Global JIMTOF Party on 27th October 2026

Terms and Conditions:

One trip per machine ordered during the MACH 2026 exhibition (secured with a deposit), for delivery by end August 2026.
Places are limited, and on first-come first-served basis.
All trip elements subject to availability.
Should all places on the October 2026 trip be filled, Citizen may organise future trips to include visits to Citizen factories at Miyota and Kitakami, on dates to be confirmed.
There is no cash value alternative.
Travel costs and incidentals outside of the trip itinerary will be at participant’s own expense.
Participants must have sufficient travel insurance.
Should an order be placed, and subsequently cancelled by the purchaser before the trip takes place, Citizen reserves the right to charge (or deduct from any deposit refund if applicable) direct trip costs incurred to date for that participant.
Flight class may be upgraded at additional cost, subject to availability and agreement.
Citizen reserves the right to recharge airline fuel surcharges, subject to mutual agreement.
